TELLING Serendipitous STORIES.
This month I want you to write a 1000 word short story on how an unexpected event or a mistake lead to a fortunate discovery of any kind; be it love, reconciliation or even a chance for self-growth.
There are no rules for this exercise except one, don’t plan the story. Find a theme, a general plot in your mind and then write as the words come to you. Let the story develop on the page - from your heart, to your mind and on to the page.
Use serendipity in you writing, and be inspired by the season’s sesnosry elements; the crunch of auburn leaves, the scent of cinnamon in the air, the calming warmth of the first fire.
