WRITE A LETTER TO YOUR FUTURE
Sit in in calm place. Light a candle. Take a piece of paper and pen.
Write a letter to yourself next year at this time - write with these themes:
Write down what you don't want to remember.
Write about your favourite things.
Jot down notes about how you're feeling right now.
Scribble down the lessons you've learned.
Ask your future self how you're different now.
