How will I learn in SABZI?
You’ll learn through 4 modules, each module consists of an intro video, and 3 modules have a recipe video to help you learn techniques and tricks (and cook-along). You will also have transcription available and each video is subtitled. You’ll be able to download the pdfs of all recipes and the slides. You also get 4 live Q&As with me!
What skills will I learn and what makes this course different?
You’ll learn to layer spices in different ways through vegetables, you’ll learn skills I learnt growing up in the kitchens of my family in Pakistan.
SABZI is different, because in this course I teach you not just HOW to layer spices in vegetables the Pakistani way, but WHY I cook this way. What you will learn will transform the way to view spices and will teach you secrets that not many share.
How is this different from live Zoom classes and why should I pay more for a recorded course?
Yes, it’s a bit more than live Zoom classes, but there is a reason for that. I also believe what you get it much more valuable in the long run.
Zoom classes are busy and can be a difficult environment to calmly learn a new skill. Though they are great for experienced cooks but can get frantic for those who need some extra attention. Pre-recorded courses such as SABZI, allow you to learn in your own time, and at your own pace. Plus, you also have 4 live Q&As with me, to help you with any problems you might face.

What ingredients do I need and how much will it cost me?
You’ll need onions, garlic and the regular base veg, plus aubergines, lentils and beetroot - all shopping lists are included in the course, for you to download. If you alreay have spices, please go ahead and use those, but I’ll have an additional link on the last day for you to have wonderful organic spice box filled with spices that you’ll need, to order, at an additional cost.
Is there any support during the 4 modules?
Yes! 2 live Q&As for half an hour each, with me for the during of the course.
