CAN I GET A REFUND FOR MY COURSE?

Our courses are non-refundable upon purchase, but they are transferable to another class of the same value ONLY, if we get notice of this 10 working days before the booked scheduled class is to take place.

Refunds are strictly not offered. Please bear this in mind when booking or buying gift vouchers.

HOW DO I BOOK A CLASS USING A GIFT VOUCHER CODE?

All you need to do is use the code on the voucher at check out and it will take off the value the voucher is worth, off the price of the class. (example: if your voucher value is £75 and the class is priced £75, when you enter the code at checkout it will automatically bring the cost to zero.)

HOW LONG TO GIFT VOUCHERS LAST + CAN I SET OFF GIFT VOUCHERS?

All gift vouchers expire 6 months from date of purchase (if bought before 20th April) and can only be redeemed against the value for which they were purchased. Gift vouchers are not exchangeable, refundable, transferable or interchangeable (set off) i.e. if you purchase £140 voucher this can not be set against our £50 classes or takeaways. Please note there are no refunds on gift vouchers.

PLEASE NOTE - ANY GIFT VOUCHERS BOUGHT AFTER 20TH APRIL WILL EXPIRE ON 30TH AUGUST.

WHAT IF I AM NOT ABLE TO MAKE IT TO THE CLASS, CAN I GET A REFUND?

Unfortunately, we can not offer a refund if you cancel before the scheduled class you’ve booked on. We can however, transfer the booking to another class of the same monetary value if you give us 10 working days notice.. If you cancel or ask for transfer less than 10 working days of the scheduled class we will not be able to honour the request and the purchase would be deemed to be consumed.

CAN I TRANSFER MY CLASS TO SOMEONE ELSE?

This is possible only if you give us 3 working days notice to this transfer. Any less than 10 working days and we will not be able to offer the transfer. You will need to provide us with that person’s email so we can correspond with information directly.

IF THE CLASS IS NOT VEGAN/VEGETARIAN/DIETARY ISSUES FOCUSED CAN I GET ALTERNATIVES IN THE CLASS?

We can honour this only with prior notice at time of booking.
